These terms govern your use of AutoPaks. By using the platform, you agree to them.

1. Use of the platform

AutoPaks is a marketplace where individuals and dealers post vehicle listings. We don't sell or own the vehicles. You must be 18 or older to post or transact.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Provide accurate contact information. Misrepresenting yourself or your vehicle may lead to account suspension.

3. Listings

Only post vehicles you legally own and intend to sell. Provide accurate photos, registration status, mileage, and condition. We may remove listings that violate guidelines.

4. Payments

Optional paid features (ad boost, certification) are processed via PayPro. All fees are in PKR and non-refundable once the feature is delivered.

5. Liability

AutoPaks is not a party to any transaction. Deals between buyers and sellers are at your own risk. Always inspect the car and verify ownership before paying.
